ONLINE Yoga for Skaters

Thanks to the success of the in-person sessions in Bristol, Yoga for Skaters is now also ONLINE to make the sessions more accessible for all. We explore different themes and aspects related to skating every week. Examples of previous session themes include grounding and strengthening, twists, and hip openers. The class is Hatha Vinyasa with elements of Yin and Restorative yoga. What to Expect: 🧘♂️ Boost mobility and flexibility. ⚖️ Find your balance on and off the board. 💪 Strengthen muscles. 🤕 Prevent injuries from holding you back. Whether you're a yoga pro or just starting out, guys and gals, older or younger, everyone is welcome. Skateboard, surfskate, roller quads, longboard - you're all invited. Drop in price is £10 (£8 is you are struggling financially). Class packs are offered in 3, 5, and 10-session options with respective discounts of 5% for the 3 and 5-class packs and 10% for the 10-class pack. Class packs have an expiry after 6 months but if you’d like to extend than no problem. Where: ONLINE link sent at booking or in advance of the session. About Your Instructor, Danielle: - Experienced yoga instructor specializing in Hatha Vinyasa. - A skater for the last 8 years, Danielle loves longboard dancing and bombing hills! Cancellation and Rescheduling: Participants are allowed to cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the session commencement or reschedule up to one hour before the scheduled start time. Late Arrival: Participants are urged to join the virtual session punctually. Similar to an in-person class, those arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be able to join the session to avoid disrupting others' experiences. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will be considered a no-show. Frequent no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Technical Issues (From Our Side): In the event of unforeseen technical difficulties originating from our end and disrupting the session, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund. Confidentiality: Access links and login details are personal and non-transferable. Sharing these details is strictly prohibited. Virtual Etiquette: Participants are encouraged to mute themselves during the session to minimize background noise. While it is preferred to have cameras on for community building, it is not compulsory.
